Hyderabad real estate prices are rising and Hyderabad emerged as the only Top Indian City to get 14 th place in top 150 Global Cities in terms of appreciation in residential real estate prices , commercial real estate prices, commercial and residential renting as recent reports showed 9% rise.. Suddenly Hyderabad saw a surge in Property investments due to Trifurcation of Andhra Capital to three different cities from Amravathi. Real estate and builders of Andhra Pradesh and other Cities of India started to search for lands in Hyderabad to invest to ripe up the opportunity which was created by this scenario. Unsold properties in Hyderabad such as commercial and residential which were almost completed before Lockdown are getting more demand and they are getting sold easily, new projects are already started. Information Technology Companies are also taking advantage of the timing and they are investing in Hyderabad and lot of companies are renting the places, , Hyderabad office space rents are lesser than other metropolitan cities of India and very cheaper globally. Budapest of Hungary lead the Index with Highest annual growth rate of 24% which was followed by Chinese cities XI an (15.9%)  and Wuhan (14.9%) respectively.
